Refund policy
Returns
To qualify for a return, all items must be in perfect condition.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and free from any signs of use.
• All original labels and tags must remain attached.
• A valid Track and Trace code is required for every return. Without this code no investigation can be opened if a parcel does not arrive.
• We are not responsible for your shipment.
• Proof of shipment, including a Track and Trace code, is mandatory before a refund can be processed.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at info@nus-suits.com. Items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item? No problem, just make sure to return it within 14 days in its original, undamaged condition.
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current order and place a new one right away.
Damage and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will resolve the situation as soon as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@nus-suits.com.
